Package A - Annual Service Agreement covering all services for your entire network with no time limits 24/7.
Our most popular package provides your business with an engineer to handle all aspects of support for as long as needed, as often as needed. It includes regular software and firmware updates to your entire network, monitoring of server health, backups, and all other functions normally covered by a network administrator.

This package is based on the number of servers, workstations, and other devices on your network.
It includes:

• Update of BIOS, Firmware, drivers, applications (Not possible via Windows Update)
• Update of Windows patches and service packs on workstations
• Update of Windows patches and service packs on Servers (Not recommended via Windows update)
• Defragmentation of drives using advanced software
• Test restores of your data to ensure recoverability in the event of a disaster
• Unlimited onsite, phone, and remote support incidents.
• Guaranteed 4 hour response time 24/7

Price Structure
• $50 per month per workstation
• $200 per month per server
• $75 per month per firewall

Package B - Monthly Service Prepaid block hours
Purchase a block of support time at a discounted rate and access all our services as needed. You will also receive discounts on additional hours.

This package entitles you to:

• 24/7 Help desk and remote support
• On site support with 4 hour response 24/7
